Paul T. Marinoff is an experienced, responsive and aggressive Family Law, Immigration & Nationality Law, and Bankruptcy attorney.  Prior to immigrating to the United States, attorney Marinoff gained significant experience in various areas of law in his native Bulgaria, particularly during his work as a judge presiding over civil and criminal cases. Based on his educational and work credentials, Mr. Marinoff was granted one year of advanced standing and successfully graduated from Chicago- Kent College of Law with the degree of Juris Doctorate in 2004. Upon passing the Illinois bar admission exam in 2004, Mr. Marinoff worked for a law firm in downtown Chicago where he specialized in immigration law and family law. After gaining extensive experience handling a wide variety of immigration and family law cases, Mr. Marinoff opened the firm of Law Offices of Paul T. Marinoff, Ltd.

Mr. Marinoff concentrates his practices in the areas of Family Law, Immigration & Nationality Law, and Bankruptcy. Mr. Marinoff is licensed to practice law as an attorney in the states of Illinois and California.
